The Engineered Solutions Program provides tailored energy efficiency assistance and turnkey engineering services to municipalities, universities, schools, hospitals, and healthcare facilities (MUSH), non-profit entities, and multifamily buildings. The program targets comprehensive upgrades of electric and gas measures for multiple building systems, including lighting, HVAC, motors and drives, refrigeration, appliances, boilers, and furnaces. Our team will help you get started with a no upfront cost*, in-depth energy audit to identify the most effective upgrades for your facility.

Program Approach
We'll identify deep energy retrofits through an ASHRAE audit at no additional cost.
- Customers will be provided an in-depth audit of their facilities and a detailed assessment and recommendation of energy-efficiency measures that could be economically installed.
- Incentives are determined on a project-by-project basis.
- In addition to the calculated project-by-project incentive, participants will have the option to pay back the non-incentive portion of the project costs through access to 0% interest financing.
Customer Eligibility
The Engineered Solutions Program is available for public service entities, such as municipalities, universities, schools, hospitals, non-profit entities, and multifamily buildings. To qualify, participating projects should be a commercial Jersey Central Power and Light customer with average annual demand above 200 kW.
